Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Last Updated: December 28, 2025Yes, after payment you may obtain a full invoice from Paddle, the billing gateway. You will receive an email from help@paddle.com with your receipt (please check your spam folder if necessary). If you need a full tax invoice, just click on the link provided on the order receipt (see image):
Do I need to renew my plan?
Last Updated: March 18, 2026Renewals Your membership is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. After this period, you may renew your membership at a 50% discount of the current price for the theme for continued access to theme updates and support. What happens if a license is not renewed? Do you apply VAT to your prices?
Last Updated: March 19, 2026Yes, prices shown in the website are VAT excluded, since the corresponding tax for each country is calculated by the Paddle Payments Gateway. Nevertheless you may be elegible to avoid the VAT amount depending on which country you are resident in. You can inform your VAT ID during the Paddle checkout process (2nd step).
