Troubleshooting: Changes Are Not Applied After Saving

Possible causes:

“Apply BRT Customizer settings” is disabled
The wrong theme is active
The page was not saved

How to fix it:

Ensure “Apply BRT Customizer settings” is checked
Confirm Zenmine or Boostmine is the active theme
Click Save and reload any Redmine page
