This can happen for two main reasons.

Possible Cause 1: The Theme Is Not Installed #

BRT Customizer only works with:

• Zenmine

• Boostmine

If neither theme is installed, the customizer cannot be enabled.

How to fix it:

1. Download Zenmine or Boostmine from your My Account area on BestRedmineTheme.com

2. Install the theme in: /redmine/public/themes/

3. Activate the theme via: Administration → Settings → Display

4. Reload BRT Customizer

Possible Cause 2: The Theme Folder Name Is Incorrect #

BRT Customizer detects themes based on the folder name.

The folder name must include:

• zenmine for Zenmine

• boostmine for Boostmine

Examples of valid folder names:

• boostmine-612

• zenmine-custom

Examples of invalid folder names:

• theme-zen

• mytheme

• redmine-theme

How to fix it:

• Rename the theme folder so it includes zenmine or boostmine
