Possible causes:

• The theme folder name was changed

• The theme is not installed in the correct location

• The theme is not active

How to fix it:

• Ensure the theme folder name contains:

  • zenmine

  • or boostmine

• Activate the theme via:
  Administration → Settings → Display

• Reload BRT Customizer after activating the theme
